Bridging Frontline Reality with Systemic Resilience
For two decades, I have worked at the intersection of crisis, media, and safety. With 20 years of experience in investigative reporting, frontline journalism, and newsroom leadership, I have seen firsthand what happens when organizational systems fail the people they are meant to protect.
Reporting on human rights violations, political repression, and extremist networks taught me a critical lesson: standard safety policies are often disconnected from reality. True resilience requires strategic approach to leadership.
I co-founded the 2402 Foundation and Daily Humanity to provide essential safety training, protective equipment, and mental health support for professionals working in high-risk environments. Through this initiative, I have led training programs benefiting over 3,500 journalists, humanitarian and government professionals.
